Onika works with clients on case management, helping our clients navigate the daily tasks of life outside of treatment.
Onika has spent more than two years working in recovery, and first joined the No Matter What Recovery family working as a Behavioral Health Technician, helping to launch the opening of its detox and residential center in Mid-City Los Angeles. Onika has built a solid foundation with her experience, and is known by colleagues and clients alike to be deeply passionate about helping clients find long-term sobriety and sustainable success.
She is currently in her final semester of addiction studies, completing the requirements to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-I). Onika’s work is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and evidence-based care.
Onika lives with her fiancé in Woodland Hills and in her spare time enjoys walks with her pups and spending time with friends.
